How to Install WordPress on Kali Linux

To install WordPress on Kali Linux you need to first download the WordPress for Linux from this link:

https://bitnami.com/stack/wordpress/installer

Else you follow our steps.

Step 1: Get Installer using the terminal.

Open the terminal and enter this command:

wget https://tinyurl.com/kaliwordpress

Now you can see the downloaded installer using the "ls" command.

Step 2: Giving executable permissions to the installer.

chmod +x <file-name>

Step 3: Executing the installer.

./<filename>

The installer will pop up on your screen.

Step 3: Follow the instructions and complete the installation process.

Now we can click on "Finish" to finish the installation process and start our Bitnami WordPress. Then we got a window like following screenshot:

Here if we click on "Go to Application" our WordPress will open on Browser (following screenshot). We also got options to open our phpMyAdmin and WordPress installation folder.

Here we need to click on "Access WordPress" to go to our WordPress, and it will open as shown in the following screenshot:

Now, WordPress is completely Installed on your Kali machine.
